Give yourself the right information, be patient for a bit, and take care in making smart moves – from the right form of exercises to an energy focused diet – and you can transform your health at any age.
As the voice behind Fitness Vanguard, I’ve enjoyed relating my findings here. I’m living proof that it’s never too late to take charge of your health. Seven years ago, a heart attack gave me the wake-up call of a lifetime. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to figure out how to live stronger, healthier, and with a whole lot more energy.
